A practice administrator can buy extra section drafts in the app, any time. They are used only once the month’s included drafts run out, and they never expire.

Questions about billing
What counts as a section draft?
Each time AI drafts or redrafts a section of a report, that is one section draft. A draft that fails is never counted. Writing a section yourself, editing, exporting and everything else is not counted at all.
What happens if we use up the month’s drafts?
Everything else keeps working. Drafting resumes when the month turns over, or straight away if an administrator buys extra drafts in the app. Extra drafts are used only after the month’s own and never expire.
How does the free trial work?
Your trial lasts 14 days and includes your plan’s computers and drafts. A card is required to start, and you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. If the trial ends without a subscription, your records stay on your computers and can always be opened and edited; new AI drafting, new evaluations and report exports pause until you subscribe.
Can we change plans or cancel?
Yes. A practice administrator can change plan, update the card, see invoices or cancel from Manage billing in the app. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you have paid for.
What if a payment fails?
We tell you, and everything keeps working while you update your payment method. If it is still unpaid 7 days after it first failed, report exports pause until it is paid. Your records are never locked away.
Do we need more computers?
Each plan includes a number of connected computers. A practice that needs more moves to a larger plan; an administrator can remove a computer it no longer uses at any time.
